| Service Promise |
| 1. 30-year free maintenance on transformer body. We make a promise that it should be changed to a new one if |
| the product can not be repaired, because transformers are damaged due to its quality under the normal usage. |
| 2. Iit is one year as Quality Assurance period of transformer body from the date of installation. Due to and |
| transformer's quality, we will make a treatment without any reasons during the period of installation, inspection |
| quality assurance period. |
| 3. During the running of products and accessories, if transformers are damaged or make a fault due to the |
| customers' mistake on operation, we'll rush to repair, and the relative charged will bi borne by the customers. |
| 4. After receiving of customers' require on service at site, our technical persons will be sent to the site |
| within 24 hours within Shandong Province, and within 72 hours to others provinces. |
| 5. Provide technical instruction and consultation with free at any time. If the problems are not being solved, |
| our service person will not come back. |
